The Accounting Program offers our students the latest knowledge in the discipline, a well-established foundation in today's accounting concepts and business practices, in addition to new trends in the accounting discipline . The contemporary curriculum of an accounting degree provides students with the required skills and tools to prepare for a career in the accounting domain. All students will study generic business courses together with data analytics and accounting courses to understand and contribute to the corporate context in which accounting functions are performed and to analyze corporate financial statements and provide detailed relevant information to assist in making useful decision. Due to its applied nature, the Accounting Program is unique within the State of Kuwait and will also be aligned with the accounting professional bodies' requirements for certification and international accreditation bodies. For example, the curriculum is aligned to the requirements of leading professional bodies for certification, such as CMA and CPA.
