Flexible Working Hours

At IUK, we understand that our employees have personal commitments and responsibilities outside of work. That's why we offer flexible working hours, allowing our staff to manage their time From 7 am to 9 am till 3 pm to 5 pm, Sunday through Thursday. By joining IUK as an employee, you can find a work schedule that best accommodates your personal and professional commitments. This flexibility allows you to enjoy all that Kuwait has to offer while excelling in your professional endeavors for an increased job satisfaction and overall well-being.
